Our client is a consulting firm, they are currently looking for a high calibre to fill up the below position:

Project Manager / Director (Building / Engineering)  (Full-time / Part-time / Project Base)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for an in-house recreation site revamp (consists of buildings, recreation facilities etc, over 30,000 sq.meters) project management
• Vendor sourcing and management, site coordination, manpower and overall project management
• Assist top management on site design and planning, budgeting

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Construction/ Structural/ Civil Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines
• Being flexible and dynamic, willing to think out of the box
• Experience in recreation project is an advantage
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
