Responsibility:

• Planning, managing and monitoring the execution of electrical projects from design, procurement, implementation, testing & commissioning to handover according to contractual obligations
• Develop, plan, manage and monitor project deliverables including tender & estimate preparation, project execution plan, cost plan, cashflow projection, project programme, service scope statement, procurement plan, subcontractor management plan, risks management plan and risk register, etc.
• Closely Liaise with clients, authorities, stakeholders, and sub-contractors on contractual and other critical issues, e.g. safety & quality issues to ensure project success.
• Ensure project status, such as work progress, commercial, financial and contractual issues, SHEQ incidents & audits, etc. are regularly reviewed with updates.
• Ensure projects are accomplished on time, within cost budget and of high quality standard.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with at least 12-15 years’ practical and professional experience in M&E engineering, of which 3 years at supervisory level. Corporate Membership of the HKIE in Electrical discipline with REW registration is preferred.
• Extensive site experience and project management skills from Contractor’s perspective, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects independently
• Ability to driving ideas and innovative thinking, bringing energy to the team and identifying problems and offering solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Willing to work outside Hong Kong as and when required
• Strong leadership, resource planning, organisational, and analytical skill
