Responsibilities

• Design, planning, handover and project management of Macau projects / A&A Works
• Evaluating the project feasibility and preparing design brief and master programme
• Observe progress to ensure timely completion of works in compliance with the specified standard and statutory requirements
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and Government Authorities
• Handle any ad hoc duties and assignments
• Stationed in Macau is required 

Qualifications

• Holder of Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Fire Engineering and/or Building Management
• At least 8 years solid experience in projects engineering of which minimum 2 years’ experience in project management
• Technical knowledge of fire service systems and plumbing systems will be an advantage
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese and English
