Ltd. has been rendering professional interior fitting out and renovation services to a wide range of clientele.  The scope of works included commercial offices and building, hotels, restaurant, shopping arcades and malls, shops and residences.  Our high speed development needs high calibre candidate to fill up the following vacancy:

Project Manager (Fitting Out)

Responsibilities:

l   Coordinate with customer / consultant / sub-contractors to ensure that all site issue are going smoothly

l   Control project costs and site progress in order to meet tight schedule

l   Monitor workmanship and discipline of sub-contractors

l   Other ad hoc duties as assigned like assist in tendering stage

Requirements:

l   Degree Holder/ Higher Diploma in Building Studies/ Construction/ Architecture/ Engineering or equivalent;

l   Minimum 5 years experience in fitting out field preferably in contractor

l   Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

l   Solid experience in overseeing large scale fitting out projects, overall project planning, management, progress, quality control & coordination of sub-contractors. Have fitting out experience in the field of Hotel guestroom and large scale shopping mall in HK.

l   Strong leadership skills, aggressive personality, good internal & external communication skills, can work under high pressure & meet tight deadline
