JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and propose new information technologies and systems to improve business processes and decision making.
• Manage IT project developments both in Hong Kong and in our Greater China operations
• Strong hands on experience in database and reporting.
• Manage the team in providing a stable and efficient information system and telephone platforms to meet daily operation needs of the Company.
• Maintain security and data privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment
• Manage system suppliers like Sabre and XML to ensure effective solutions are provided to meet business needs and growth
• Develop, review and implement Information Security Procedures and policies
• Review and perform annual test run on all back-up and disaster recovery plans and procedures

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  University graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in information management of which around 3 years’ in managerial level of MNC / large scale company. Experience in TMC industry would be an advantage
• Certified CISA, CRISC, PMP
• Preferred with experience in managing system such as Microsoft SQL, Sabre, Lotus Notes and Java or Dotnet.
• Sound technical experience with systems networking & platforms, databases management, web development and user support
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving, and influencing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
