We are now looking for a creative and motivated individuals to join our International team in the Shanghai office.

We are currently looking for both Project Managers to deal with our factories and Sales managers.

Project Manager: ONLY POLISH SPEAKERS!!!
It’s a full-time position that requires frequent travel.

Responsibilities:
- Communication with factories, mainly in Poland
- project management/supplier chain management
- communication between sales, designers and production teams
- frequent business travel
- on-site project management and business development

Requirements:
- MUST SPEAK POLISH
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to details
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Flexible and ready to work in a very dynamic and demanding environment

- Ready to travel is a MUST
- Sales and customer service experience is a pro
- already in China

Languages:
- Polish - fluent (MUST)!!
- English - fluent
- Chinese - communicative level

We are also looking for a personal Assistant to assist the General Manager in her daily duties.

Job Description:
1/ Assisting the GM to deal with daily work operations, coordinating the affairs of all functional departments;
2/ Executing all administrative work assigned by the GM, including presentations, analysis reports and documents management;
3/ Set up the meetings and arrange business travel, including airfare and hotel reservation;
4/other tasks assigned by GM;

Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English (both oral and written);
- Advanced Chinese skills (both oral and written);
- Other languages a plus
- Can be foreigner or local
- Good appearance, can represent our company’s business image
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literacy
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure;
- Willing to travel
