1. PCBA purchasing representative in new project teams, restructuring & localization projects, 3rd party procurement projects.
2. Responsible for PCBA cost down project.
3. Checking specifications and special characteristics for risk analysis together with R&D and PUQ.
4. Determine Q requirements in technical talks with suppliers (e.g. TSR input regarding tolerances, process capability, machine capability, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.) 
5. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery for C D samples.
6. Control series start-up until project handover
7. The other tasks assigned by HoD.
1.负责PCBA新项目采购，本地化采购项目以及外部第三方采购；
2.负责实施降本项目中涉及PCBA的具体工作；
3.负责确认物料的规格，特性，并同研发部门以及供应商品质部门进行风险分析;
4.负责和组织相关部门与供应商对新项目进行技术讨论;
5.负责样品，试产物料；
6.控制物料转入SOP后的交接工作；
7.完成由部门经理分配的其他工作。

-Bachelor or above, prefer eletronics major-4-5 year working experience related to PCBA preferred.
-Familiar with cost estimation of electronics commodities
-Familiar with PCB, PCBA manufacturing process
-Office, SAP, ERP
-Fluent both in oral and written English
