Major large scale new build project has just commenced in Hong Kong and we are now seeking for 2 experienced Quantity Surveyor for a well-known Main Contractor with a proven track record for new build project. The client has 2 headcounts for a Project & Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

• Contract administration
• Sub-Contracting
• Interim payment
• Cost Control
• Variation Order
• Claims & Final Account

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 6 years or above experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Able to work independently
• Experience working for a Main Contractor previously
