Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • European company
  • Watch design & trading company
  • Composed of engineers and technical experts, we are able to develop new projects and products which fulfill clients’ specifications and international standards.
  • We offer rapid prototyping and salesman samples that clients have just drawn or proposed for ODM and OEM products.
  • Main market : US and European watch brands and clients of middle to high end price range
  • We are looking for PURCHASING ASST - with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :  
  • F.5 graduates
  • 1-2 years clerical experience
  • Knowledge of watch components is a plus
  • PC proficient
  • Report to the Purchasing Manager
  • Provide clerical support to the Purchasing Team
  • Cooperate with production team to implement monthly and weekly production plan
  • Follow up the material supply and shortage status.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, quality team, and related parties to have a smooth supply of materials.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with various watch component suppliers
  • Issue PO, negotiate & follow up delivery with vendors
  • Monitor the inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up material turnover rate, avoid excess stock.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal departments & China Office to well understand stock status and take proactive actions to catch up schedule.
  • Provide assistance to the Purchasing Manager
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 14 days
