Your role:

Ubisoft Chengdu is looking for an experienced and motivated programmer to join our team. We specialize in providing online performance assurance solutions for AAA games, used by Ubisoft worldwide. Our mission is to develop user-centric and stable systems and tools that are able to remove barriers such as complicated technologies and infrastructures behind performance assurance. The team devotes itself to optimizing and ensuring performance and capacity of online services, as well as allowing for quick and easy analysis of bottlenecks, thereby supporting the game teams to elevate game performance and player experience.

What you will do:

·         Take part into the requirement analysis and discussion with customer.

·         Work with team members to design the features of system.

·         Implement the specific features, modules, and up to sub systems with high code quality.

·         Fix bugs timely, work with QA to ensure high quality deliverables.

·         Continuously refactor code to ensure the code update to date.

·         Participate in code peer reviews and ensure the code quality of the system.

参与系统的需求分析及讨论。

参与系统的软件设计。

代码编写，对系统、模块、功能进行高质量地实现。

修复软件缺陷，与测试人员协作，保证高质量的递交。

持续的重构代码，确保代码持续更新。

进行代码交叉评审，确保团队代码质量。

·         Strong foundation of computer knowledge, with at least 3+ years’ experiences in software development.

·         Graduated with a 4-year bachelor’s degree.

·         Proficient in PYTHON and common 3rd part libraries.

·         Proficient in concurrency related tech e.g. multithreading, multiprocessing, etc.

·         Good written English and basic oral English communication skills.

·         Proficient in the use of common design patterns, familiar with common refactor methods.

·         Familiar with the use of relational database e.g. MySQL, etc.

·         Familiar with in the software development under Linux.

·         Good abilities in analyzing and resolving problems.

扎实的计算机功底，3年以上软件开发经验。

统招本科学历及以上

熟练使用PYTHON语言及三方库。

熟练使用常用的并发技术，比如：多线程，多进程和协程。

熟练的英语文档编写能力及良好的英语口语交流。

熟练使用常见设计模式，了解常见重构方法。

熟悉关系型数据库(MySQL等)。

熟悉Linux环境下的软件开发。

良好的分析、解决问题的能力。

·         Experience in performance testing tools (Locust, JMeter) is a plus.

·         Experience in WEB development is a plus.

·         Experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud) is a plus.

·         Experience on technologies and components of CNCF (Kubernetes, Prometheus, Open-tracing) is a plus.

·         Experience in processing of massive amounts of logs (LogStash, ElasticSearch, Kibana) is a plus.

熟悉性能测试工具（Locust, JMeter）者优先。

熟悉Web开发相关技术者优先。
