AECOM is seeking a QS Assistant Manager to be based in Changsha office.

Responsibilities ：

• Oversees the management of the monitoring and evaluation process to ensure that AECOM quality management systems are being followed and evidence is recorded and maintained.

• Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.

• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.

• Identify and implement best practice quality systems to provide outstanding service delivery to our clients

• Work closely with QA team to maintain ISO status

• Ensure that internal project delivery system is utilized by operations

• Collaborate with supporting team and support local operation.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Certificate holder in Quality Management, Engineering, IT or relevant discipline

• At least 3 years’ post qualification working experience exposures in quality management;

• Certified QA auditor with good coordination and project management skills

• Proactive and have a good understanding of technical processes and quality standards

• Excellent communication skills inwritten and spoken Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with consulting engineers, planners or architects will be an advantage
