- Factories : Dongguan, Heshan & Vietnam
- We specialize in the provision of total solutions to international brands in producing paper-based items which include but not limited to educational products, greeting cards, board games, playing cards, puzzles, books, toys, gift and luxury packaging.
- Main market : North America, Western Europe, China and Worldwide
- Other offices : Shanghai, Beijing & US
- We are looking for QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Lead and manage the QA and QC teams in PRC and Vietnam factories, align the quality requirements, policies and procedures with the Company and customers
- Monitor all operations that affect quality and to ensure the quality consistency throughout the manufacturing process
- Drive for continuous improvement, facilitate proactive solution through collecting and analyzing quality data
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality system in order to achieve the quality KPIs
- Support product development with involvement at conceptual stage to tackle potential problem at the earlier stage
- Lead to conduct factory audits to ensure supplier's compliance in all aspects
- Formulate and manage Product Quality Plan to drive effective implementation to ensure the compliance of quality, regulatory and safety standards
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and product failure cases, to facilitate resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Higher diploma or above in Quality/Manufacturing engineering or related disciplines
- 5 years solid experience in quality assurance and quality control in PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position
- Experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in ISO/QC ad related quality systems
- Knowledge and experience in quality tools e.g. 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, techniques
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Station in Dongguan plant, and travel to Vietnam
- 5 days work
