THE COMPANY :
- Headquarters : Singapore
- ODM/OEM manufacturing
- Main item : cable
- Minor item : iOT product, smart home, smart elderly care & healthcare, power cables, adapters, wireless products
- China factory : 800 workers
- We are looking for QA MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Factory General Manager
- Lead and manage QA and QC functions for manufacturing and software/hardware design validation
- Project synchronization : planning, resources, reporting, risks, test/validation, certification application, organize equipment, budget
- Responsible for validating test plan/template
- Approved validation reports
- Maintain constant relation with accredited testing laboratories/recognized 3rd party
- Quality control and testing of outgoing products
- Implement quality management system based on ISO9001
- Manage production lot outgoing inspection
- Handle quality feedback from the end users
- Prepare quality criteria for production
- Maintain up-to-date design documents in the VSS system
- Minimum 5 years management level experience in quality assurance
- Proficient in English & Chinese
- Familiar with ISO9001, R&TTE, EMC, Safety and certificates application for wireless product is a plus
- Good knowledge in design validation tests for wireless product
- Station Guangdong factory
- Accommodations and meals provided
- 5 days work
