Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- German multinational company of over 150 years history
- Our principal businesses include the refining, trading, manufacturing and marketing of precious metals either as pure metals or as products.
- We operate a refinery and a precious metal manufacturing facility at our Technology Centre in Fanling
- Our products & solutions include : precious coating, master alloy products for jewellery application, electroplating & electroforming chemical products
- We are looking for QA SUPERVISOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Head of Quality Management
- Responsible for hands on duties in the QA Team
- Responsible for all management systems (i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO17025), LEAN and own Production System of the company.
- Take up the responsibility for all technical and QA activities
- Support and ensure compliance with the existing management systems with legal and regulatory standards
- Assist Head of Quality Management to implement and maintain 5S, LEAN, own Production System, ISO9001, ISO17025 & ISO14001 management systems
- Carry out the periodic internal audits in the company
- Coordinate and liaise with external services providers for assay services of internal samples, periodic equipment calibration in the Lab. and etc
- Degree or above in quality management, chemistry or other related disciplines
- 5 to 8 years relevant working experience in Laboratory and/or Quality related is preferable.
- Prior quality assurance experience in supervisory role is preferred but not a must
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO17025 and ISO14001 and other regulated industry norms and documentation.
