- We are composed of engineers and technical experts. We are able to develop new projects and products which fulfill clients' specifications and international standards.
- We offer rapid prototyping and salesman samples that clients have just drawn or proposed for ODM and OEM products.
- Main market : US and European watch brands and clients
- China office : Shenzhen
- Overseas office : Italy & Switzerland
- We are looking for QC ENGINEER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Over 6 years solid watch focus in quality control
- Familiar with European/US/international watch branded customers' requirements
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Monitor all quality functions
- Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
- Lead China QC team of 5-6 members to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers' expectation.
- Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
- Resolve quality issues together with the Technical team
- Ensure quality control efficiency on a day to day basis
- Manage and monitor the performance of Quality Control team, train team members
- Support internal teams (purchasing, production & engineering) to solve quality issues
- Mainly work in Shenzhen office
- Nice accommodation provided (one staff one flat) close to Shenzhen office
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
