Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Garment manufacturer
  • Main product : swimwear & lingerie
  • Factories : Guangdong (1500 workers) and Vietnam (2000 workers)
  • Main markets : US and European countries for international fashion brands, department stores, specialty stores and mail order companies
  • We are looking for QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (station Guangdong) - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Responsible for technical & quality standards and guidelines process to ensure the product quality, measurement, fitting, safety and legal requirements;
  • Responsible the implementation , standardization and maintenance of Quality System;
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of the processes to ensure continuous improvement in the factories;
  • Handle any quality issues and make sure on time delivery and handle critical business projects;
  • Manage and coach the team with clear development planning and make sure the team's performance;
  • Handle risk assessment and identify the safety concerns of the products;
  • Enhance the product quality and vendor's performance;
  • Tertiary education preferably in Textiles / Clothing / Quality / Business or related
  • 8-10 years' experience in garment (apparel) field with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
  • Good knowledge in pattern , fitting, garment construction, manufacturing process;
  • Good communication in English and Chinese;
  • Preferably experience working in manufacturing environment;
  • Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint & Excel;
  • Be familiar with swimwear/lingerie operation;
  • Station Guangdong factory
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 14 days
  • HK employment contract
  • 3 meals provided
  • MPF
  • Nice accommodation provided outside factory
  • Company shuttle bus provided daily between factory and staff apartment
