Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Vertically integrated manufacturer of high-quality AC and DC motors for a wide range of product applications ranging from automotive, household appliances, personal care products etc
- Main items : Motors (AC, DC, Fractional for households & industrial appliances, automotive, OEM)
- Factory : Shenzhen
- Main market : North America, Australasia, Central & South America, Eastern Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mainland China, Middle East, Asian countries
- We are looking for QUALITY DIRECTOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- In-charge of quality function of the Company, drive for continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date quality standard to comply with customer requirements;.
- Responsible for leading the QA team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers' expectation;
- Establish and manage Quality Assurance Function related to engineering, fabrication, services and general support for production, home-built or out-sourced components and parts;
- With experience in Auto related industry manufacturing business sector is MUST, and with auto-motive application is essential;
- Propose the testing plan, tester specification, inspection procedure and sampling plan;
- Working with SCM for new supplier/ manufacturer factory auditing, supplier quality control and performance appraisal;
- Deliver accurate and timely quality control analysis report to management and customers;
- Work closely with internal departments to make sure quality issues are well resolved;
- Develop and implement quality-training programs for internal staff.
- Degree holder or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing engineering with extensive knowledge in Quality Management System is a plus;
- At least 10 years solid experience in quality management; and MUST with minimum 5 years in Senior management
- Must have solid quality management experience in Auto related industry;
- MUST with knowledge of TS16949; Sound knowledge of ISO system (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000; etc...) and other safety regulatory requirement (RoHS, PAH, UL-CSA, UL, TUV, JIS etc...) are preferred;
- Have excellent communication skills and people management skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 20 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Work location : Shenzhen
