Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- R&D, design, develop & manufacture advanced wireless business communications products/systems/solutions
- Focus on : development and production of professional telephony equipment such as wireless handsets, headsets, base stations and repeaters for Enterprise and VoIP systems
- We are looking for QUALITY ENGINEER, RELIABILITY – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Reporting to: Quality Manager
- Work in Quality Team of 3 members in HK office & 7-8 members in Shenzhen office
- Work closely with R&D in creating and maintaining product reliability standard
- Be an expert of matter in defining new product reliability plan and monitoring EMS in execution
- Be advisor to R&D and QE in production in improvement action
- Together with RMA engineer, monitor field reliability data and alert/drive for improvement
- Be accountable for product compliance and environmental compliance
- Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic or relevant disciplines
- 5-year experience in reliability engineering or reliability test
- Able to conduct technical experiments and interpret the results correctly
- Knowledge on DFMEA, ALTA, HALT and other reliability methodology is beneficial
- Experience as in-process quality engineer is beneficial
- Experience in environmental compliance is a plus
- Work based in Hong Kong and trip to Mainland China, mainly South China, will be required.
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days (add 1 day starting 3rd year up to maximum 20 days)
