Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Specialist Contractor.
- Subsidiary of French construction company
- Member of French listed global construction group
- We offer a full range of services from concept design, detailed design to coordination, supply and installation, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance, and energy management.
- We have a comprehensive experience in delivering Electrical and Mechanical services for projects of any type and size, including major capital projects, A&A Renovation works, either greenfield or brownfield, for public and private clients.
- HK office : 250 staff
- We are looking for QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in E&M Quantity Surveying/Contracting
- Candidates with experience in QS firms with exposure in E&M field will also be considered
- Previous experience in design-and-build and negotiation with subcontractors would be a definite advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Efficient in PC skills including the application of computer software Excel, Data Base
- Knowledge in Primavera would be a definite advantage

- Less experience will be considered as Asst Quantity Surveyor (2 posts)
