Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and revise the Management System Manual when necessary
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System
• Be responsible on all matters related to Quality Management
• Carry out QA training for relevant parties
• Organize internal audit and ensure the internal audit being carried out regularly and meeting the schedule
• Organize Document Control, maintain audit records, and verify practices and training
• Act as the primary holder of Document Control Center for quality assurance unit
• Arrange and monitor the follow-up actions and ensure that corrective actions are taken properly
• Control and monitor the progress of the entire quality system
• Handle and maintain records of technical and non-technical complaints
• Handle and maintain records of feedback given from clients or in-house staff

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical/industrial engineering or related engineering field is preferred.
• Familiar of ISO17025 or HKAS requirement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to effectively supervise time to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple work assignments under management instruction.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and supervision.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel. 

 Working Days

 Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
