Provide support engineering support and drive Continuous Improvement Activities for the Reliability Operation to ensure on time Qualification of New Products and Technologies.

 

Responsibilities include:

•Driving continuous improvement initiatives in the Reliability Operation to reduce lab induced defects and ensure on-time completion of qualification tests

•Developing fixture and equipment solutions to add to the Lab's capabilities in support New Products and Technology

•Assist in Validation & Debug of Reliability Test Hardware

•Documentation of lab processes

•Support of Lab 6S and Shingo activies

 

Qualifications

•BSEE

•Ability to Work Well with a Team

•Knowledge of Quality and Reliability Principles

•Mindset for Continuous Improvement

•Strong Communication Skills
