主要职责 Key Responsibilities

1提升质量体系及发展质量团队，满足目前及未来发展需求。

Improve quality system and develop quality team to meet present and future needs.

2 担任质量管理代表，熟悉FDA， ISO 13485 及 GMP。

Be quality management representative and get familiar with FDA, ISO 13485 and GMP.

3 带领供应商质量工程师提升供应商质量水平。

Lead SQE team to enhance supplier quality.

4处理客户抱怨及投诉。

Handle customer complaint and claim.

5 给内部其余部门提供支持。

Provide cross function support internally.

主要要求Key Requirements

1 10年以上跨国公司质量工作经验，其中包含至少5年医疗器械行业质量管理经验。

At least 10 years’ experience in quality, and 5 years’ experience of quality management in medical device industry.

2 在法规、质量体系建设、现场质量控制、供应商质量管理方面有丰富经验。

Rich management experience in regulatory, quality system management , quality control, supplier quality.

2优秀的问题解决、项目管理及人员管理能力。

Excellent competency in problem solving, project management and people management.

4 优秀的团队合作及细节管理。

Good teamwork spirit and detail oriented.

5优秀的英语能力。

Proficient in English.
