Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in contractual and commercial matters
• Review correspondence and give advice on responses regarding contractual matters
• Responsible for taking-off review during the tendering stage
• Perform cost monitoring and general quantity surveying functions
• Liaise with Employer’s representatives and other contractors on all contractual matters
• Assessment of V.O. & claims in costs and delays
• Preparation of Final Accounts

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines,
• Mini 5 years of interior fitting out works
• Experience in fitting-out project is preferred
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good PC knowledge
• Well-presented and professional attitude
• Less experience will be considered Assistant Quantity Surveyor
