Client Details

Our client is a leading biotechnology company with global presence and the role is based in Hong Kong.

Description

• Manage the timeline, objectives and budgets on pre-clinical/ discovery development projects

• Pipeline management on the development of research projects and identify opportunities for further development
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Analyze and interpret the experiment data sets, and be responsible for effective communication of strategies and deliverables to the leadership and the project team

• Lead preclinical documentations for IND filing and patent applications, including study protocols and report, patent writing and more

• Grant fundings and reach out to partners overseas
• Maintain good relationships in academic instituitions in Hong Kong and Overseas

Profile

• PhD / Master degree in immunology/immune-oncology/Biology

• Hands-on experience on drug efficacy and safety, including with varies of in-vitro/in-vivo

• Hold a license to conduct animal experiments will be preferred
• Comprehensive experience across the drug development process

• At least 8-10 years or more pharmaceutical/biotech/R&D experience

• Demonstrate a good leadership style and has supervising experience of at least 5 years

• A self-starter who can thrive in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
