Job Description
1.Conduct research and analysis of educational trends and students’ needs.
2.Create and design engaging learning courses that meet the trends of China educational market and increase students’ learning efficiency.
3.Work with R&D team to identify target audience’s learning needs and define objectives for a course and/or curriculum.
4.Set instructional end goals and outline the concept for a course or curriculum, defining (needs for) the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
5.Implement demo classes before course delivery and implementation in centers.
6.Design surveys, conduct interviews, and collaborate with centers to collect data or feedback after course implementation.
7.Make continuous improvement on current programs, including lesson plans, learning components, relevant materials and e-learning platform.
8.Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of programs.
9.Support Training Team to deliver course information effectively.
10.Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
1.Native English Speaker from North America or Europe.
2.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
3.At least 2 years pre-k or k-12 ESL teaching experience preferred.
4.Able to efficiently implement classes with outstanding teaching skill.
5.Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and practices
6.Advanced experiences working as a instructional designer in related areas to acquire the ability to design and develop instructional strategies and materials.
7.Proficient skills in current social media and instructional technologies.
8.Strong communication skills and team work capabilities.
9.Passionate with EFL/ESL teaching with children;
10.Highly self-motivated; Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
11.Well-skilled in office software.
