We are currently seeking a R&D Scientist with expertise in chemical synthesis of nucleic acids and in analytical assay development for measuring and monitoring chemical synthesis, purification, and molecular manipulation of oligonucleotides. As part of the Diagnostics and Genomics Group, you will join an innovative, multidisciplinary team improving state-of-the-art technologies for production of complex oligonucleotide pools used for a variety of life sciences and clinical applications.

We are looking for your talent and expertise to investigate, invent and develop robust assays and processes for measuring and monitoring critical attributes of processes used to produce high quality products. As part of this effort, you will interact with multiple groups including R&D, marketing, and manufacturing to develop a deep understanding of multi-faceted production processes, critical quality attributes for various products, and to work across the organization to develop and deploy robust, critical assays for production of optimized products.
