Key Responsibilities/职位描述

• Collaborate with the Product Design, CTI, Raw Material development team to lead or support line trials and in-plant validation of new processes.
• Adapt local conditions to ensure that new products or raw materials run efficiently and meet required final specification. Maintain process related SRCs(Standard Running Condition).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (RDT/SUPPLY/ENG/Q&FS) in the handover 1 process on site when there is a process related change that impacts current specification.
• Participate in the Handover 2 process at site. Provide any training related to the activity and ensure all documentation is completed for handover.
• Support site activities which improve run rates, reduce waste and improve product quality.
• Utilize CI/Lean tools such as Six sigma and FMEA to ensure our products are efficiently optimized with quality and cost in mind.
• Act as SSE (Site Sterilization expert) and work with global/regional/local team to lead the technical improvements/innovations/standardizations for Sterilization area.
• Lead or participate in problem solving and troubleshooting activities to resolve critical/chronic process related issues that impact quality, cost and efficiency at the site. Develop trouble shooting guide for operation team in key areas like extrusion.

Qualifications/任职条件

1. Education & Professional Qualification

•     Food Science, engineering, chemistry, or equivalent BS degree or above preferred.

2. Knowledge/Experience

•     3-5 years in a FMCG or Food Manufacturing environment working in Product/Process Development or Engineering

•     Working knowledge of food processing or product development is highly preferred

•     Data Analysis Skill and 6 sigma Green/Black Belt Certification preferred.
