As R&D Strategy Professional, your will support and drive consulting sessions with customers and partners, analyze solution proposals based on business objectives, technology constraints maturity of organization processes. You will be responsible to analyze models for data-driven digital transformation engagements. Join our Digitalization and Technology Solutions team and shape the future with us.

• You will work with the different stakeholders from internal business unit heads to decision makers on the customer’s project team.

• You will support charting the transformation journeys of customer using data driven models.

• You will help answer the critical questions related to digital transformation, return on technology investment, competitive intelligence, and market knowledge. 

• You will be involved in analyzing existing solutions, processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and provide inputs to the technical/consulting teams to prepare approach. 

• You will produce outstanding quality work for senior management at the local, regional, and global levels.

What you need to make real what matters 

• You have a Bachelor's/Master’s degree with MBA from premier B schools.

• You will have hands on experience on data analytics – tools, technology, and processes.

• You will work in collaboration with other functions and teams globally and locally.

• You are a quick learner and have ability to decipher data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.

• High analytical thinking and to process large quantities of data in an accurate manner and excellent presentation and good communication skill
