Job Description

• Drive the business of Local sales and leasing Property;
• Achieve sales target set by the Management;
• Approach new client and build relationship with them; maintain close relationship with existing client;
• Implement business strategies, plans and procedures set out by the Management;
• Work with other department such as Marketing/International Project team on business initiatives
• Assist to prepare business reports and attend meetings with senior management as requested;
• Identify new business opportunity and strategies to Manager,

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, analytical minded, results oriented individual with good business acumen
• At lease two years sales experience in luxury property
• EAA licence is required
