Job Profile:

– Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages in a professional manner;

– Receive and direct visitors cordially;

– Update employees' contact information as well as their daily activities;

– Distribute incoming mails, faxes, newspapers and magazines;

– Book taxi, air-ticket and hotel when required;

– Format and prepare documents;

– Maintain client contacts database;

– Do extra assignment as instructed.


Qualification:

– College or university degree;

– 1- 2 years of FIE working experience;

– Good English and Mandarin;

– Good computer skills ( word, power point and excel) ;

– Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant voice;
