Position Summary
职位摘要
The primary responsibility of a front desk officer is to greet patients and promptly register them for their doctor’s appointment. While many patients have already made appointments, some patients will be walk-ins, so you need to be able to work with the Clinic Management System, and arrange for the patients an appointment time to see a doctor.
前台客服主要任务是以温馨礼貌的态度接待患者,有效快速帮患者做登记并预备患者就医的工作。虽然大多数患者已提前预约,有些没预约上门的患者也需要提供临时预约服务。
Beyond those front desk duties, officers are customer service professionals. You are expected to know the various medical services and the list of doctors available at GHC in order to be able to provide professional advice to patients making enquiries.
除了日常前台工作前台客服也必须熟悉诊所的各项医疗服务内容,所有诊所医生的名单,科室与看诊时间以便提供前来质询患者专业的信息
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all patients entering GHC. Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanour at all times.
给与所有患者温馨微笑的接待,保持友好、开朗、礼貌的举止。
2. Project a professional image as a front desk officer including maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area (no food and snacks), no excessive use of smart phone for personal reasons, no public discussions of patent’s conditions, and no loud communications between colleagues.
保持个人及团队的专业形象,包括前台区域的清洁和整洁(没有食物和零食)、没有过度使用智能电话、不在公共场合公开讨论患者状况,和同事之间低声谈话。
3. To strictly allocate patients to doctors according to the company’s patient scheduling protocol.
严格按照公司的患者预约规范安排医生给患者就医。
4. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding clinic information and services, doctor’s availability in Puxi and Pudong clinic as well as patient’s requests for medical services.
答复电话和亲自询问有关诊所的信息和服务、医生在浦西和浦东诊所的可预约时间以及病人对医疗服务的要求
5. To promptly register and prepare patient’s chart for doctor’s consultation, ensuring that patient’s waiting time is less than 10 mins at the waiting area, and to take the initiative to explain to patients if waiting time is longer than 10 mins
