Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, fax, greeting guests and operate daily front desk duties
  • Provide administration supports to internal office,
  • Monitor office supplies and equip maintenance,
  • Data input & outdoor work (if required),
  • Assist department head to organize activity.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Good telephone manner, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office/Excel/Word/Powerpoint
  • Fresh grad are also welcome
