To be maintain administrative issues for Maersk and Damco organization locally under company guideline so as to ensure a smooth, effective and safe work environment for all associates.

1. Office equipment maintenance arrangement
2. Name card printing arrangement
3. ICD cards management and distributions
4. Update telephone directories
5. Switchboard operations and communications services
6. Office telecommunication and courier services
7. Maintain appearance of reception
8. Preparation of notice-boards for visitors
9. Order lunch and drinks for visitors
10. Subscription of newspapers and magazines
11. Distribution for faxes and printing
12. Conference Room management
13. Ad hoc ADM responsibilities

We are looking for

1. Good at English for speaking and writing
2. Strong focus on quality and high attention to details
3. Ability to coordinate and manage many issues at once
4. Negotiation skills
