Job Descriptions:
- Participate in recruitment process in the various areas
- Job Application follow-ups
- Perform candidate evaluation and assessment
- Perform phone interview with candidates
- Provide career advice to candidate when required
- Formulate and manage recruitment assignments by searching the right candidates to match the job requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Handle full cycle of recruitment for all functions from sourcing, screening resume, interviewing candidates to offer negotiation
- You must have the ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels and from a variety of backgrounds and have the capacity to grow and develop with the business as substantial potential for career development exists
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
