This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for Influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach to Business and IT.  Responsible for working with a few named accounts in specific industry segments or territories where deep engagements require a multi year strategy with the customer around transformation and territory engagements take the more traditional approach. Impact should result in executive level trusted advisor status which should drive our relevance, preference and pull for our strategic focus areas.

Position Overview

We are seeking for a motivated, accomplished, determined Regional Business Development Manager who will be responsible of further developing Intel consumption business within an assigned geographic territory & key regional accounts according to the company's business strategies.

This position will be based in select geographic markets around PRC and under Business Consumption Sales Group, making a significant contribution to our fast-growing PRC geo business.

Main Responsibilities

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
� Identify, develop and win new key accounts and large regional accounts to achieve target business sales goals across BU
� Being the champion to promote Intel's technology thought leadership in regional market and influence key decision makers of end-customer to adopt Intel's cutting-edge technology for desired business outcomes.
� Build strategic relationships with all related functions internally and externally to achieve goals for the best business interest of Intel.
� Being the local ecosystem leader to build solid and productive relationship with OEM/ISV/SI's regional team for establishing a robust business sensor-network to serve company's business objectives. Be aware of market change and competitors activities and report periodically.
� Present customer pipeline updates and share project progress to management regularly and obtain cross team support to win
� Create and realize business development plan and sales/market forecast for designated geographic territory
� Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to make it significant in terms of business returns and ROI.
� Work with internal departments to create proposals that will win new business while attaining desired business objectives.
� Strong communication skills, capable of building internal and external collaboration

Skills And Qualifications
� B.S. or M.S. in Business, Engineering or other relevant academic background
� Over 8 years of sales & business development experience in designated region with extensive people & business network in the industry

� Demonstrated success driving new business development to exceed goals on a territory
� Ability to engage the whole organization to win new business
� Have high degree of integrity, ethics, motivation, energy and enthusiasm
� Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills
� Strong analytical and problem solving skills
� Strong knowledge base of Intel product portfolio and technology value proposition
� Good English oral, written & presentation skills to report out with key stakeholders
� Willing to travel frequently in assigned territory (50% of time) for customer visiting
