Description

My client is looking for a strong sales and marketing professional to take on this strategic position. Your role will be to drive and expand business for all on and offline channels. This position will be responsible for devising strategic plans for each region and to identify the growth opportunity areas. You will need to work closely with the teams to ensure the strategic plans are executed and the targets and goals are met. This role requires a leader with strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Profile

You must have at least 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and must have experience in Hong Kong and China markets. The successful candidate must have strong retail experience and must have e-commerce experience (direct or partnerships). This person needs to be an exceptional leader with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. A proven successful track record is required for this role. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
