In the role of a SW Release Train Engineer (m/f/d) (Program Manager) for the V93k platform you will

• Drive the SW development lifecycle on program level
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the release sequence
• Drive and track execution of deliverables and new features
• Manage program risks and dependencies
• Establish and optimize the agile development practices
• Encourage collaboration between product management, development teams, test management and architects
• Foster built in quality
• Facilitate the PI planning event and the release cycles
• Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
• Provide and use relevant metrics to prepare reporting on management level and to address critical issues and bottlenecks
