Description

• Handle remittance enquiries from customers and staff
• Assist in monitoring the operations of inward remittance, outward remittance and outsourced remittance service
• Review the workflow, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency
• Liaise with different departments and branches in provision of remittance services
• Prepare the Daily & Monthly report to management

Profile

• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years' experience in Remittance in banking industry
• Sound knowledge in Remittance Business including usage in SWIFT and CHATS System
• Strong project management and PC skills
• Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and work ethics
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
