My client is a leading brand in the QSR sector and are well known in the market. Due for further business expansion, the business is looking for a Restaurant Managers and Area Managers to spearhead the brand. We are looking for an innovative, creative leader who has extensive experience in solid QSR (quick service restaurant) experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business and team members performance
• P&L responsibility
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff
• Developing and managing high standards
• Able to work intelligently under pressure and lead by example, always ready with a hands on approach where necessary
• Lead, coach, motivate and manage the team to achieve excellent performance standards

Requirements:

• MUST have quick service restaurant (QSR) experience
• Energetic, passionate and committed individual to become an integral part of the management team
• Positive attitude, able to proactively manage staff
• Creative, high ability in strategic thinking
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain good working relationships
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong leadership and communication skills (natural leader - self-motivated and possess enthusiasm and a genuine passion for food)
