Intel Retail Marketing plays a very important role. PRC retail marketing manager takes the following key responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement retail marketing campaign for LFR retailers to enhance the Intel leadership and support both marketing the sales KPI. Retail Assets/Tools is one of the most important function and foundation for retail marketing.
• lead Retail assets/retails such as Ipose & Intel enterprise wechat platform structure cross both SFR & LFR customers, develops localized assets and tools to enhance the Intel and core preference from retailers.

Besides close communication with sales team, retail marketing function team, CCG strategy team, she or he also need to keep close work with HQ to better doing the assets/tools localization to insure to drive the efficiency campaign and assets for PRC customers.


Qualifications

- Marketing and retail knowledge: including but not limited to
marketing, PC knowledge and retail & channel insights, shopper insights,
etc.

- 5+ years marketing related working experience, multinational
company preferred, including but not limited to retail marketing, retail sales,
digital marketing, training, etc.

- Strategic thinking and constructive communication: Can deeply understand
product, marketing and sales strategy to come out clear training strategy and
content to support business. Excellent written and oral Chinese & English
skills.

- Ownership and result oriented: align internal stakeholders and
external partners on GTM focus/direction/positioning/pace, positive thinking to
face challenge or working pressure to deliver result for biz

- Education: Bachelor degree or above, MBA or relevant education is
nice to have, preferably in Marketing or sales related field
