6 Month Internship BMW NA – Aftersales Intern (Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA)

The internship with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA is designed to give an insight into the various aspects of Aftersales at Roll-Royce Motor Cars and offers the exciting opportunity to work in a corporate environment on various skills such as data analysis, organizational skills and project work. One part of the internship consists of structuring and analyzing data to perform regular Sales monitoring and to work on the annual Aftersales forecasts for the RRMC dealers. The role includes also various operative tasks supporting the daily business, for example designing and sending out communications for dealers as well as creating various documents and forms. Working with other departments at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMW, different venues and the dealers, it is also the intern’s responsibility to help organize the annual National Aftersales Conference. Additionally, the Aftersales Intern responsibilities will include assisting in maintaining and developing the ecommerce website via creating and editing web pages in our content management systems (CMS). Our new team member should be able to measure the success of the website via Google Analytics and be familiar with SEO applications to improve the presence.
Finally, the internship includes projects that allow learning more about business opportunities in Aftersales by supporting the team in developing business cases.

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s Studies during Junior/Senior year (years 3 or 4)
  
• Enrolled in Master’s Studies Program
  
• Graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start datePrior internship and/or relevant work experience
  
• Availability to work full-time for 6 months

Preferences:

• Business, Economics, Marketing and other fields of study that include data analysis and structured thinking
  
• Web Design, Google Analytics
  
• MS Office (especially Excel including vlookups and pivot tables), understanding of basic mathematical calculations
  
• Identification with brand
  
• Structured thinking, able to multitask under pressure, responsible, organized, highly motivated, able to work independently and as a part of the team
  
• Availability of 6 months
