Internal Communications


What awaits you?

We are looking for a student to join our Internal Communications team for 12 Months starting July 2020.The role will include:

• Reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications to manage and administer effective employee communications at Goodwood and the international Rolls-Royce community.
• Administration and evaluation of internal communication channels with a key focus on developing up to date and engaging content on the Rolls-Royce intranet.
• Promotion of Rolls-Royce through internal communication channels in BMW Group, building effective networks with international internal colleagues.
• Employee communications. Management and administration of employee engagement across a variety of internal communications channels
• Newsletter. Management of Quarterly employee newsletter content and production including photography, story research, drafting and proof-reading content and distribution
• Events. Management and support of employee events, including employee forums, family days, business briefings, regular management meetings etc.
• Charity and community. Administration of charitable/local community requests for support; Nomination process for Company’s House Charity and raising awareness and promotion of employee fundraising initiatives to support the House Charity.
• Social Media and Digital Environment. Develop additional new and engaging communications through social media and digital channels, including web-based solutions, the blogosphere and virtual publications.


 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional and credible - will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company and externally.
• Excellent administration/project management/organisational/IT skills.
• Excellent and proven writing skills.
• Target driven with proven ability to deliver on time, to budget when under pressure.
• Passion for automotive/luxury brands.
• Able to multi-task, whilst maintaining focus on the priorities and attention to detail.
• Studying at degree level.
• Languages - good German language skills would be an advantage but not essential
