Launch and Change Management

The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of both launch projects and series changes, as well as the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and a successful introduction of bespoke products and processes.

What awaits you?

• Support the team members in launch or series activities.
• Be part in the successful launch of pre-series cars.
• Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
• Be responsible for own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
• Support the team manager with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.

• Currently studying an engineering or business related subject.
• Basic understanding of complex processes in relation of automotive technologies as well as automotive manufacturing.
• High knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently as well as work as an excellent team player.
• Able to work in a high quality demanded environment.
• Good English knowledge, good German language skills are essential
