Process Engineering - Surface Finish

We in the surface finish centre supply our customers with the pinnacle in automotive surface finishing. Our class leading team of experts apply state of the art methods & materials to realise our customer’s dreams.

What awaits you?


• Developing and compiling key performance indicating reports.
• Liaise with direct manufacturing and suppliers for line trials.
• Liaise with support functions such as planning, logistics and the technical laboratory for process, product and facility optimisation.
• Measure Surface Finish Product Key Characteristics for Statistical analysis leading to improvement.


• Interest in paint application technology
• Drive to create unconventional solutions and ideas
• Ability to contribute to and being part of a motivated team
• Fluent English is essential; a working knowledge of German would be beneficial
• Very good PC skills (Microsoft, visual basic)
• German Language skills would be advantageous
• Studying a Chemistry, Engineering or Business related degree
