We are looking for an undergraduate to do a 12 month placement within our Ownership Services, Service Operations department. You will be based in Bognor Regis in our new Technology and Logistics Centre, working for one of Britain’s leading automotive brand.

The Rolls-Royce Service Operations department provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network in order to maximise customer satisfaction. One area of this department is Technical Campaign Management, ensuring that quality is maintained for all worldwide vehicles by administering/monitoring and reporting technical campaigns (proactive announcement of field actions) in an efficient and timely manner.

What awaits you?
• Supporting in the creation and release of new technical campaigns to the various markets.
• Creating/updating dealer communication bulletins.
• Generating reports for technical campaign completion rates for the global regions.
• Investigating various methods to improve global technical campaign completion rates.
• Supporting the manager with current/new project work.
• Creating quarterly reports for automotive authorities.
• Helping to develop and create new processes to support daily tasks.
• Prepare team and department presentations.

• Studying towards a technical related degree, on track to achieve a 2:1.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail including thorough and precise processing of information.
• Experience of working with databases.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
