Job Description:
Build up relationship with KOLs in Russian Market with emails and other channels.
Manage day to day and longer term business development plan.
Monitor, listen and respond to KOLs in an appropriate way.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results.
Build a community of advocates, engaging in dialogues and broadcasting the brand’s image.

Requirement：
Fluent English, Native Russian.
Quick learner.
Demonstrated ability to contact KOLs with over hundreds of emails every day.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in Fintech, Crypto, & Startups is a large plus.
Hardworking and keep learning.

The salary structure is base pay plus commission.
