- We are looking for SALES CONSULTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- The Sales Consultant will seek new clients, build business relationships, present persuasively and close deals.
- This is a largely independent field sales role for a Sales Consultant with a high degree of business maturity.
- Through training, the Senior Sales Consultant will acquire expertise in the Company's offerings including tools, workshop content and coaching components.
- Initiate new business development targeting large companies and MNCs for strategic partnerships.
- Independently call on mid to senior-level executives and other representatives and effectively lead sales consultations.
- Diagnose and assess client needs, using the full range of design solutions and present persuasively.
- Design account strategy and business development to develop new and existing accounts.
- Close deals to achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B selling to large companies and MNCs is required.
- Degree in business or related field is preferred.
- A stable work history and successful sales track-record is essential.
- Consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure is required.
- A positive mindset, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are critical to success in this role.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential.
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm)
- Annual leave : 12 days
