Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
- Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients and private developers
- Project location : Hong Kong, China and Asia region
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China offices : Guangzhou and Shanghai
- We are looking for SALES ENGINEER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education
- Studies in Engineering, Building Service, E&M Engineering; or related disciplines is highly prefer
- 2 to 3 years work experience in design & built/E&M/building service/mechanical related/fitting out projects, or equivalent
- Experience or knowledge in water work projects/spa/swimming pools/plumb drain/fountaint projects is an advantage
- Experience or knowledge in tender and pricing is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager
- JOB SUMMARY : provide sales & marketing support and contribute to successful bidding various projects located in Hong Kong
- Provide support in marketing, project tendering and pricing calculation
- Assist in sales & marketing activities and documentation
- Liaise with engineers and prepare design and built project documentation to fulfill specifications
- Provide technical advice to building service consultants
- Coordinate with customers and various consultants
- Client visits to enhance relationship when required
- Very few business trips is required
