THE COMPANY :
- Member of US multinational company
- Distributor & trading : interior building materials carrying various international building materials brands with focus in project business in Hong Kong
- Main products : Ceiling, Partition, PVC Flooring, Sport Flooring, Raised Floors etc
- Main project clients : property developers, architects, consultants and main construction contractors in Hong Kong
- WE are looking for SALES MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education
- 10-15 years in sales/marketing/business development/project management of interior building materials project (contracting) business in Hong Kong
- Good connection with property developers, architects and main construction contractors in Hong Kong is a must
- Solid experience in handling projects of contract sum over 10 million is highly prefer
- Strong leadership and management skill to lead a sizable team (25-30 members)
- Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin a plus
- Report to the Senior Director
- Fully responsible for managing this building material business unit with focus in increasing sales of project business in Hong Kong
- Build & enhance relationship with property developers, architects and main contractors for generating more business
- Manage the team of 25-30 members including Sales Team, Procurement Team, Customer Service Team and Project Management Team
- Lead the Procurement Team to maintain and develop suppliers relationship; as well as sourcing and developing new suppliers to grow the portfolio
- Lead the Customer Service Team to provide professional service to project clients ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Lead the Project Management Team to ensure projects are completed in a professional and timely manner
- P&L responsibility
- 5 days work
