Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US multinational manufacturer, supplier & importer of own brand sealants, coating and waterproofing products to building and construction industry
- Main clients : architects, property developers, contractors, façade consultants & door/window fabricators in Hong Kong, China & Asia
- We are looking for SALES MANAGER (China & Taiwan market) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Develop the construction market in China and Taiwan of specific field of applications
- Assist in developing designated market segment in Hong Kong/Macau market
- Responsible for building, maintaining and improving relationships with all existing and new customers
- Offer excellent customer relations support and after-sales services
- Work closely with technical team in APAC and our manufacturers
- Assist in develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Degree holder; preferably related to construction or science categories
- Strong experience in China and Taiwan building and construction market
- Possession of business acumen and strategic thinking approach to sales and customer accounts management
- Possess proven field sales record
- Proficiency in computer and MS office software
- Periodic travelling to China/Taiwan is required
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
